Annotated U.S. Constitution from the Library of Congress

Given all the recent discussions on the subject of U.S. Supreme Court nominations and how judges of the highest American court should interpret the Constitution of that neighbouring republic to the south of us, I thought this item mentioned in Resourceshelf.com last Friday would be of some interest: the Constitution of the United States: Browse, 2002 Edition & Supplements.

This PDF document was prepared by the Library of Congress and contains a historical analysis of the evolution of constitutional doctrine and a detailed discussion of cases decided by the Supreme Court of the United States that pertain to the American Constitution.
