Supreme Court of Canada 1967-1985 Judgments Added to LexUM Site

The Supreme Court of Canada/LexUM website, where the Court's judgments are published, has recently added all of the Supreme Court of Canada decisions published from 1967 to 1985.

The additional documents were digitized in co-operation with CanLII, the Canadian Legal Information Institute, the free open source portal.

Decisions after 1969 are available in both official languages, while decisions published in the Supreme Court Reports prior to 1970 are available in the original language of publication only.

Previously, the Court had announced the addition of all decisions originating in Ontario.
