Webcasts and Online Factums at the Supreme Court of Canada

There are a number of changes at Canada's top court:

• Webcasting of oral arguments starts this week. Please be aware of the restrictions that apply
• A new policy on access to court records is coming into force that includes the posting of appeal factums filed on or after February 9, 2009
