Canadian Association of Law Libraries 2010 Awards
Many of the winners were announced earlier this week at CALL's annual conference that ended today in Windsor, Ontario:
- the Hugh Lawford Award for Excellence in Legal Publishing was given to the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society portal about the Annotated Nova Scotia Civil Procedure Rules
- Denis Le May, former law librarian at the Université Laval in Quebec City and a past president of CALL, was awarded Honoured Member status for his outstanding contributions to the advancement of the the profession
- Ted Tjaden, National Director, Knowledge Management, at McMillan in Toronto, and author of Legal Research and Writing (Irwin Law, 2004) won the Denis Marshall Award of Excellence in Canadian Law Librarianship
